Valleywag is reporting that Palm is continuing its "transformation" by hiring yet another former Apple Executive. The new hire is Lynn Fox, formerly the head of Mac PR for Apple. The hire apparently happened earlier this month without much fanfare.
Palm hiring Apple executives without much fanfare is becoming a bit a of a trend, as we discussed in TreoCast 36 -- Palm's new Senior Vice President of Product Development is Mike Bell, also formerly of Apple.
Valleywag has claimed that Palm's "poaching" of Apple execs has ruffled some feathers at Apple, though the practice isn't surprising at all given that Jon Rubenstein has now taken a lead role in the company. CEO Ed Colligan's repeated assertion that Rubenstein's presence has allowed Palm to hire top-notch people certainly appears to be true.
