Two
months ago, I went on a trip to see a relative in southern Florida, about 3
hours from where I live. Typically, I throw my Seidio Data Power Package in my
luggage when I travel so I have a charging solution for any situation. However,
this time I forgot it. I ended up charging my Treo in my car overnight and I
missed 3 calls by the next morning. Now, I keep the 2 in 1 Charger in my car all
the time. This same thing happened to me last week; all I did was take the 2 in
1 Charger out of my car and bought it into the hotel with me. Problem solved! No
missed calls.
The 2 in 1 Charger combines two commonly used accessories and limits what you
need to pack when traveling. Seidio has other products like the Data Power Kit
which basically performs the same function as the 2 in 1 charger with some added
benefits. In this case, the 2 in 1 charger is a less expensive alternative to
the more advanced features of the Data Power Package.
Using
the 2 in 1 Charger is quite simple it is defiantly a plug and play device!!
Simply plug in either the AC plug or the cigarette adapter, attach your Treo and
in 2 hours or less your battery is completely charged.
The only problem I have with the 2 in 1 charger is the size of the unit. Not
including the plugs the unit itself is 3.5 x 2 x 1in. This can be quite large
when you are plugging the unit into your cars cigarette lighter. Also, since
the AC plug is on the top of the unit it sticks 3.5in out of the wall when you
have it plugged in. A word of advice when plugging the unit into the wall: plug
it in with the cigarette adapter on the bottom as seen in the picture. Otherwise
the unit is top heavy and will fall out if agitated.
