Good, Very Clear |
My experience with this product is I like it a long, but sometimes the ear hook is hard to keep on, gets loose, and I can't figure out how to tighten it up. I have had mine for about 4 years and am thinking of getting a new one.

Great headset for driving or noisy environments. |
I have used this headset for two years. It comes with a great carry case charger. The best thing is it's performance in windy and noisy places. It even has wind filters that slide over the microphone.

arm arround ear breaks loose from screw |
I had mine for 6 months before it became useless. Rather quickly the arm arround the ear became loose arround the screw, even if the screw was perfectly tight. I tried to tighten it, and put a washer between the screw and the arms. But that didnt work. Then the arm started flipping over to the other arm because the spring pressed it over there, and the pin to keep it from doing that was not broken, the arm was simply loose from the screw. Eventually the arm completely detached itself from the screw.
I have carried the device in my pockets and taken care to avoid the arms getting stuck in something. It helps that the arms are shorter than the main body of the device.
I think the arms are too weakly attached to the main body, so i will recommend you to get an in ear device.
