I've been using Agile Messenger 3 BETA and it beats this product hands down. (even with the beta bugs!)
Here are some problems I have with IM+
The price is just ridiculously high. At most, this application is worth $20. I'm sorry but there is not a single feature that warrants this outrageous price.
The interface needs some serious work. It does not take advantage of the 2 soft buttons and usage without the stylus is almost a joke. You can't move from the roster window to a chat window without using a stylus and then selecting Main --> Show Sessions. What!?!? Further, if you have more then one chat open and you want to switch between then, you have to select from a drop down menu. Again, not all that quick with the directional pad. Why not use tab browsing for this?
On a scale of 1 to 10, this product gets a 5. It gets the job done but is far from being a standout.
