keeps dropping the connection and hanging up, even when charged |
I don't know why, but my genuine WEP200 will randomly hang up or drop the connection back to the phone. So, once it cuts out, either I'm speaking to absolutely no one at all, or they're speaking back to me on my Treo 680 in my pocket.
It happens on almost 1/3 of my calls, even when phone and headset are fully charged. Distance is not an issue, as the phone is generally on my person. Also, what's weird is that the headset stays paired--it just drops the call. I can call right back and it's still paired just fine!

Comfortable use |
This a small comfortable device. I just worry about the size as I may misplace this thing anytime. Usage wise, no problem. Connects easy, no drift, no connection loss and people I talk to hears me clearly.

Easy On the Ear Hole |
After several adjustment sessions, this thing fits perfectly in my ear. I had to ignore the Samsung instruction manual to make everything fit comfortably but now I can sleep on it. Sound is better than most and it's easy to use. Love the little charging case. Great investment.

so-so sound quality. |
I've been using BT headsets since 2003 and this is not the best sounding one, it has that "old radio" sound. Besides, paired with my Nokia N70, it doesn't ring on the headset when you receive a call, you have to rely on the vibration of the phone. Also, it doesn't fit my ears perfectly (I must have some non-standart ear canals!) and I have to check for fitting every once in a while.
