Hey, before you judge those who you think would use this software just to avoid being caught speeding - I remember when the same was said about radar detectors. Sure, radar detectors can be used to 'try' to speed and not get caught, but they are also be a deterrent to speeding by reminding you of the possibility of being caught speeding. I have personally never owned a radar detector, but have driven a few cars with radar detectors mounted in them. I can personally vouche for the fact that keeping at or below the posted speeds was on my mind more than if the detectors hadn't been present.
