Palm Makes Turkey List
This week, FierceWireless.com unveiled their Turkey awards (They're Cooked: The top wireless turkeys of 2010). Basically, it was their look at products and strategies that fell short. They are ranked on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the biggest calamity.
Palm made the list with a whopping 4 turkeys.
Palm started the year off on a high note, but its comeback sputtered so badly that it needed to be rescued by Hewlett-Packard to avoid financial oblivion.
Not that we needed to be reminded of the foibles of Palm's last days as an independent company.
