Flag for Review When you've snoozed or missed a Calendar event or SMS, a blinking star may appear as a visual / silent reminder of that item. Just tap the star and a screen will appear listing the items. From here you can clear the reminders if you wish. This has been a feature since Palm OS 4.x but is unfamiliar to those who've upgraded from Treo 180 / 270 or Visors.
